Heyo from the U.S! 

It's been ages since I've updated so here some:
Am in UC Berkeley now for the summer doing Investment and Finance. It's pretty shiong here. 

Not like I can slack everyday. I did for the 1st week but now I'm paying the "price". oh well~

Goes to show, ain't that smart yet to slack and get the results. haha. 

Anyhoos, the weather here is kinda superb yet kinda ugh. It's a love-hate thing.

Its NOT HUMID AT ALL! which I'm so psyched about. BUT.... the weather change sucks.

Night - Uber cold

So yea. Live and let live huhs. 

Classes are pretty much ok here. Very different style of teaching here. Actually I honestly wouldn't call it teaching. It's more of... exchange of knowledge. Good cos it makes u think and actually use ur brains. Bad cos... you don't really learn. I knw it sounds like I'm contradicting what I just said. But it's true! 

Bah~ Shan;t go into details 'bout that. ;p

The people here are very very friendly and nicee. It's pretty safe here. Maybe cos the guys always walk us back so we don't feel like it's dangerous? But still.. so far no one "deadly" looking. Hopefully none to come. haha.

But yea, there's quite a no of asians here. Maybe cos it's Berkeley. LOL. According to my friend, yes, because it's UC Berkeley which is one of the best business schools in the world. Sterotype. Haha. 

Exams are looming near. Mid-terms are just next week - Mon and Wed. 

I'm pretty nervous and worried about it. Simply b'cos investment isn't my "thang" YET. haha. Still getting a grasp of it. Plus trying to adapt to the teaching styles. It's kinda hard to learn here. Seems like gotta do everything urself. No spoonfeeding here. 

That means tons of readings, assignments, projects, readings, discussions, readings, readings, readings...etc. 

It never ends...YET! haha. Till 3 week more. HAHA. 

Am kinda lazy to post pics up now. haha. Gotta study lar. Stressed. 

My thirst for knowledge calls. (hah. so doesn't sound like me).
