LAW SOR.

Law test in approx. 12hrs and counting down.
'tick tick tick'

I just realised I was reading through the chapts that wasnt tested!!! ARGHS~
But thank God Z told me, else... I'd be focusing on the wrong stuff. Robert.

Anyhoos, after a couple of days reading up on my law text, I realised that law stuff is actually very "law" (lor)-sor. Zz.. That which can be phrased in a short phrase is actually almost a paragraph-long sentence!!! Yes. It's a sentence. Imagine the commas, dashes, semicolons.
Mind boggling.

Altho... I think it may be kinda fun to speak in law terms and the lonnnggg sentences.
Hmmm..

Normal person: Oral evidence cannot override written contracts in court in this case.

Law-sor person: When the terms of any such contract, grant, or other disposition of property, or any matter required by law to be reduced to the form of a document, have been proved according to Section 93, no evidence of any oral agreement or statement shall be admitted as between the parties to any such instrument or their representatives in interest for the purpose of contradicting, varying, adding to, or subtracting from its terms...

Gosh. hehheh. Note that there are EIGHT commas in the latter, and no full-stop YET.
haha.
Btw, this is a lil info about the Parol Evidence Rule (Evidence Act: Section 93).
Interesting, no? heheh. love it or not, i still do! ;p

Alrighty, gonna dive back in.
So tempted to change major. haha..
Then again, I don't think I have what it takes...
