we had a match with the teachers..
coach made mi play center for the teachers. wthh.. starting part of the game not sho cham. budden i started to get tired. haha.. dis hols gotta go trn up on ma stamina.
arghhs.. s'gonna be tough. hehes..
oh den after the match, coach said we weren't dismissed yet. he said he's gonna torture us..
he made us do suicide run up and down the court. 3 times. in fact, it's not run,. sprint. hahas.. had to partner up den take turns sprint lo. so i paired up with ber nohs.. by the last run, i was practically outta breathe. manz, i felt like if i ran any faster or pushed myself harder, i wld throw up and be like gasping for air. seriously.
trng ended like 1 hr later den usual. nic and i had to rush off for cell.. waited for the bus like 25 mins!! so of course we were late.. gotta go for make-up cell tmr.
